Self Setup Configuration

Why pay for more training than you need?

RMS has designed a Self Setup program for configuring your RMS system.  This program will take you through the steps you need to complete in order to be up and running with your RMS system in no time!

This of course does not mean that you cannot get help during your configuration when you need it.

We will assign you your own Primary Support Person who you can contact and make appointments with to go over any finer details.

Remote Training

Using emulation programs we can share your desktop and train you across the internet in such a way that both the trainer and your staff are seeing your data simultaneously.  A telephone connection is used for two way discussion.  This form of training is most suitable for one person.

In Office Training

Melbourne - Keilor Park (Close to Tullamarine Airport) - up to 12 people

Gold Coast - Nerang (Close to M1 Freeway and between airports) - up to 6 people

This form of training is most suitable for a group of people, pricing is quoted on either a full day or half day training session.

Onsite Training

Our trainer will visit your site, conduct training and review your RMS operation.

We strongly recommend a place away from the front desk and cover for staff being trained as an uninterrupted session will give much better results.

Quoting is provided on request and includes Training + Travel Costs.

Webinars

Webinars are a great way to learn how to become a proficient user of RMS in the comfort of your own office.  You can attend a webinar session via the internet and become an active participant by asking questions, or simply sit back to watch and listen anonymously.

If you dont quiet get it the first time you can watch the webinar again at a later date.
