Self Hosted RMS9 IP Address Change - 03 Aug 2015

As part of scheduled upgrades, the old Self Hosted IP address will be decommissioned on 03 August 2015.

Current Status

Detailed Description

For RMS9 to connect to a self hosted (ie. Non Cloud) database, your technician must configure a port forward and/or firewall rule to allow RMS web servers to communicate with your local database. To ensure that self hosted customers are accessing the full stability and performance of our RMS9 infrastructure, this connection now comes from a different IP address. The old IP address is scheduled to be decommissioned on 03 August 2015.

Some customers still using the old IP address will need to update their port forward and/or firewall rules to continue using RMS9 after 03 August 2015. Your local technician that supports your hardware will need to perform this update.

Note: This change should be made as soon as possible, you should NOT wait until 03 Aug to make the change.
