Setting RMS Cloud Regional and Language Options


Explains how to set the Regional and Language Options for RMS Cloud. By default, the Regional and Language Options for RMS Cloud or '2X' user accounts are set to standard Australian settings. You should follow the steps below to customise these settings to suite your region so that RMS8 will display the correct currency format etc.

Note: This operation should be performed for each RMS Cloud or '2X' user.

First Step

Open the 2X Client by double clicking the icon in your system tray.

Second Step

Select the Tools folder on the left of the screen.

Third Step

Double click on the icon named 'Regional and Language Options'


Fourth Step

On the Regional and Language Options screen select the best Format for your region on the Format tab and select your Location on the Location tab. Then click the 'OK' button.

Fifth Step

Right click the 2X icon in your system tray and select 'Log Off All Sessions'. Wait 30 seconds and then open RMS Cloud.
