Restoring RMS Cloud to your RMS Cloud Training System

Overview

By restoring a copy of your live RMS Cloud database to your Training system you are able to explore, test and train in RMS without effecting your RMS Cloud system.

First Step

Begin by opening the 2X icon in the bottom right corner of your monitor, the below screen will appear.

If you cannot see the menu on the left of the screen shot click once on the Folders button on the top tool bar.

Second Step

On the left of the screen select the tools folder, then double click the icon on the right of the screen named 'Update Training System', after a moment the below backup screen will automatically appear and complete a backup.

Once the above backup is complete the system will automatically revert to the restore screen and start restoring the backup to your training system.

When completed you will receive the message 'Restore was Successful', when this message appears select the OK button and restore the screen will close.

Third Step

You can now access your RMS Training system by opening the 2X icon in the bottom right corner of your monitor, the below screen will appear.

If you cannot see the menu on the left of the screen shot click once on the Folders button on the top tool bar.

On the left of the screen select the 'RMS Help Resources' folder

Double click the icon on the right of the screen named 'RMS Training System'.

Your training system (being a copy of your live Cloud database) will now open.

Anything added into or changed within the training database will not affect your live RMS Cloud database.
