Adding Business Lost Reasons

Overview

This tutorial will take you through the stepsto set up a master list of reasons a reservation did not proceed.

Entires made here will be displayed by selecting the drop down arrow in the Business Lost field, on the Reservation details screen.

Steps

First Step

From any screen within RMS 9

Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Lookup Tables from the list
Choose Business Lost from the sub list
Click once on Add

Second Step

Enter your Description
BLostAdd.jpgUsing the example shown in the screen shot, you may wish to call your Business Lost reason Price to high.

Click once on Save/Next to enter further reasons. Click once on Save/Exit when complete.
