This tutorial will take you through the steps on how to add Booking Templates into your RMS system.
From any screen within RMS 9
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Lookup Tables from the list
Choose Booking Template from the sub list
Click once on Add
Enter a Description for your template.
Choose the first category from the drop down list
Tick the areas you wish to add to the template
Choose the > button to move the areas to the right hand side.
Repeat steps 2 to 4 until all areas required for the template are shown on the right hand side.
Click once on Save/Next to enter further Templates. Click once on Save/Exit when complete.
