This tutorial will take you through the steps to adding a new Attribute into your RMS system and also show them on your RMS Booking Page.
From any screen within RMS 9
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Lookup Tables from the list
Choose Attributes from the sub list
Click once on Add
Select the Associated To
Using the drop down arrow choose what you wish to associate the attribute to; choose from Area, Category or Dwelling.
Enter an Attribute description
Enter the description of the attribute. For Example: If you have chosen the attribute type of Category then you may use the description of Ocean View.
Show in RMSOnline
If you wish to show this attribute on your RMS Booking Page check this option. NOTE: this option only applies to Category attributes.
Click once on Save/Next to enter further attributes. Click once on Save/Exit when complete
Depending on what you have chosen to associate your attributes to you will now need to link the attributes to either Areas, Categories or Dwellings, see the related topics below on how to achieve this.
