Client Merge Feature

RMS9 now has a Client Merge utility.  This utility will allow you to merge similar client records together, allowing for better return guest verification and reporting!


The Merge button appears on both the client search screen and the smart search screen.


The Merge button will only be accessible if of the matches found one of the following three criteria is matched throughout all records on the screen;


1. Membership Number


2. Email Address & Surname


3. Phone Numbers & Surname


Once the feature is enabled, select merge to merge all of the Matches.
