The Receipt Screen

The receipt screen is dynamic meaning it will change depending on the Receipt Type that you choose.

The Receipt Types you can see on your receipt screen can vary depending on the setup of your system CLICK HERE to learn more about how to show or hide Receipt Types.

Below is an example of receipting using a token (a guests credit card that has been tokenized for further processing), If you have chosen to use your own payment gateway, any tokens which have been created against the guest will appear within the Receipt Types under the option Credit Card.

If you have chosen to charge Credit Card Fees against specific cards, this fee will now appear in the Credit Card Detail section and add to the receipt amount you have entered.

Thermal Printers

If you wish to print your receipts to a thermal printer, choose the option 'Print Receipt', tick the option 'Thermal Print' and select OK.

RMS9 will search for a printer on your network named RMSTHERMALPRINTER to print to.  If a printer by this name cannot be found you will receive a message stating that this printer does not exist.

The system will remember you have chosen the Thermal Print and the tick will automatically remain on this option until unticked manually.
