This article will explain the use of global notes that can appear on Tax Invoices, RV Maintenance forms, Receipt and Statements!
This feature allows you to write a note that will appear on the bottom of every Tax Invoices, RV Maintenance forms, Receipt or Statement that you print or email from RMS.
To add notes to the bottom of your Tax Invoices, RV Maintenance forms, Receipts or Statements from any screen in RMS9
Select Setup from the Navigation bar
Select Accounting from the list
Select Accounting Options from the sublist
Select the Print Options tab
Select the correct tab you wish to write a global note against
Enter your note
Then select Save/Exit.
