Overview
This article will take you through the steps to retrieving your Internet backup from the RMS server.
Steps
First Step
Open your internet browser
Go to www.rms.com.au
Select Our Modules then click once on iBackup Logon
Second Step
Enter your iBackup Username and Password - this was provided to you in your welcome letter for your iBackup module.
Click once on OK
You will now be logged into our server and be able to see a backup directory for each day of the week. The dates displayed are in U.S format. Click once on the day you require which will open to your backup files. Copy these files to your RMS backup folder for access.
