After completing this tutorial you will have the ability to search the TTP membership database to return the information of your members.
When making a new reservation enter the guest's membership number into the Membership No. field at the top fo the client details box then hit enter on your keyboard. If the membership number is found then RMS will automatically fill in all of the guest's details as required.
Then proceed with the rest of the reservation as normal.
NOTE: If the members details cannot be found, this may be due to an internet connection issue at your property or that the members record does not exist in the member database.
