After completing this tutorial you will have the ability to search the TOP 10 membership database to return the information of your members.
When making a new reservation type first click once on the unlined word Member No, found in the Guest Details coloumn on the left of the reservation screen, this will open a new screen explained in step two (2).
Enter the guest’s membership number and surname into the fields provided then select the Search & Exit button at the bottom of the screen.
If the membership number is found then RMS will automatically fill in all of the guest’s details as required.
Proceed with the rest of the reservation as normal.
NOTE: If the members details cannot be found, this may be due to an internet connection issue at your property or that the members record does not exist in the member database.
