The RMS Vault can only be accessed from a Reservation in your RMS 9 system that has been received from either your RMS Book Now Button or any Online Channel.

- Access the Vault
- Change your Vault Password
- What to do if you have Forgotten your Vault Password.
The RMS Vault information can ONLY be accessed via the RMS 9 reservation screen.
After completing this how-to you will have retrieved Credit Card information from the RMS Vault.
Locate the reservation
For those reservations which have Credit Card information stored in the RMS Vault you will note that an 'RMS Vault' button will appear and contains green text.
If no Credit Card information is stored in the RMS Vault this button will not be visible.
Select the CC Token button
This will open a new tab in your default Internet Browser as shown below
If instead of opening as shown above your receive a message stating 'Consult your Administrator for Access' you will need to first complete the Step to Allow Users Access to the RMS Vault
At the top of the page enter your RMS Username and RMS Password.
At the bottom of the page Enter your New RMS Vault Password, then enter a second time to confirm.
Ensure you enter a password that complies to the rules outlined on the page.
Select Create. This will link your RMS Vault Password to your RMS User Profile and the below screen will appear.
Enter your RMS Vault Password and select Retrieve to view the credit card details.
Locate the reservation
For those reservations which have Credit Card information stored in the RMS Vault you will note that an 'RMS Vault' button will appear and contains green text.
If no Credit Card information is stored in the RMS Vault this button will not be visible.
Select the CC Token button and the below screen will appear.
Select 'Change Password'
Enter your current RMS Vault password at the top of the screen
At the bottom of the page Enter your New RMS Vault Password, then enter a second time to confirm.
*Ensure you enter a password that complies to the rules outlined on the page.
Select Change Password.
Locate the reservation
For those reservations which have Credit Card information stored in the RMS Vault you will note that an 'RMS Vault' button will appear and contains green text.
If no Credit Card information is stored in the RMS Vault this button will not be visible.
Select the CC Token button and the below screen will appear.
Select 'I've forgotten my Password'
An email like the below will be sent to the relevant email address, if no email address is shown then see the article Give Users Access to the RMS Vault.
