Steps

First Step

From any screen within RMS 9

Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar

Choose Online Bookings from the list

Choose Photos from the sub list

Select the ADD button at the bottom right of the screen

Uploading a Property Photo

Select the appropriate Property name from the drop down list.  If you do not use RMS Central, only one property will appear.

Select the browse button (this is the one with the 3 dots in it).

Select the photo on your system that you wish to upload.

NOTE: This photo must be smaller than 250 KB and must be a file type of JPG or BMP.

NOTE: Each image is displayed on your RMSOnline Booking button in 130H x 190W pixels.

Once the Photo is displayed within the screen (see right) select Save/Next to upload another image or Save/Exit if complete.

Uploading a Category Photo

Select the appropriate Property name from the drop down list.  If you do not use RMS Central, only one property will appear.

Select the appropriate Category Photo from the drop down list.  Only those categories within the property selected will appear.

Select the browse button (this is the one with the 3 dots in it).

Select the photo on your system that you wish to upload.

NOTE: This photo must be smaller than 250 KB and must be a file type of JPG or BMP.

Once the Photo is displayed within the screen (see right) select Save/Next to upload another image or Save/Exit if complete.
