Full property synchronization error.
Symptoms
Below is a screen shot of the error that will occur if the user RMSOnlines password is changed in the user list of RMS9.

Resolution
Below are the steps to resolve the problem.
- Shut down your RMSOnline Client
- Log into RMS9
- Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
- Choose Users from the list
- Choose Users Information from the sub list
- Edit the username RMSOnline
- Remove the current password and replace with RMSOnline
- Select Save Exit
- Restart your RMSOnline Client
- Run a full property sychronization.
