RMSOnline Client - IX_Username Error

Overview

Full property synchronization error.

Symptoms

Below is a screen shot of the error that will occur if the user RMSOnlines password is changed in the user list of RMS9.

Resolution

Below are the steps to resolve the problem.

  1. Shut down your RMSOnline Client
  2. Log into RMS9
  3. Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
  4. Choose Users from the list
  5. Choose Users Information from the sub list
  6. Edit the username RMSOnline
  7. Remove the current password and replace with RMSOnline
  8. Select Save Exit
  9. Restart your RMSOnline Client
  10. Run a full property sychronization.
