Whether you are an existing TripAdvisor customer or you wish to sign up with them, this article will take you through the steps to make the process of using the RMS Online interface with TripAdvisor easy!
By signing up for TripConnect, your guests will be able to make an online reservation directly from your TripAdvisor business listing!
TripConnect simply uses your RMS Book Now Button link to allow your guests to book online direct from TripAdvisor.
If you already use the RMS Book Now Button, there is nothing more you need to do in your RMS system to make the interface between TripConnect and RMS work, simply follow the sign up steps for TripConnect and your interface will be up and running.
If you do not currently use the RMS Book Now Button you will need to complete the steps in the following article to activate this channel.
The following property information entered into your TripAdvisor account must match your RMS system for the interface to function correctly;
NOTE: If you wish to change your property name in your RMS system you must email our accounts department at the following email noting your RMS Client ID, Your current property name and the Name you wish to change to;
