Netroomz Information


Whether you are an existing Netroomz customer or you wish to sign up with them, this article will take you through the steps to make the process of using the RMSOnline interface with Netroomz easy!

Distributor Information

Netroomz uses the RMS Distributor connection interface.  This means that Netroomz sends requests to RMS to update their;

To pass Reservations

* Distributor Channels can only link to one (1) RMS rate.

Existing Netroomz Customer

You will need to contact Netroomz to advise of your intention to connect to RMS.  To do this email [email protected], alternatively you can contact their support team on 02 8011 4375.

When Netroomz have activated your property follow the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels' to connect your RMS system to Netroomz.

Signing up with Netroomz

If you wish to connect to Netroomz for Channel Management, Netroomz support staff can assist you to setup the RMS interface and map your allotments back to RMSOnline.

Netroomz will require the following information from you

  1. Your RMS Client ID
  2. Your property name as it is displayed in your RMS system

Please email the above information to Netroomz ([email protected]) and let them know that you wish to setup the RMS interface.

Alternatively phone Netroomz on 02 8011 4375 during business hours and one of their support team will assist you.

When Netroomz have activated your property follow the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels' to connect your RMS system to Netroomz.
