Important Information re Rate Plans
Please note that RMS is unable to control the Rate Type plan of GOVERNMENT in your Lido setup, however in saying this we can control availaiblity for this Rate.

The RMSOnline interface with Lido allows you to control the following Lido features direct from your RMS9 system;

Existing Lido Customer
Contact Lido on email [email protected] and an eCommerce Associate will enable your Lido account for connection.
When Lido have activated your property follow the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels' to connect your RMS system to Lido.
