Overview

Whether you are an existing Jetstar customer or you wish to sign up with them, this article will take you through the steps to make the process of using the RMSOnline interface with Jetstar easy!

UPDATED 26/06/15

The rates you pass to Jetstar can now be Gross Rates.

Until today they would only accept Nett rates

Email Notifications When a reservation is received via Jetstar RMS will send the confirmation email to your property. Confirmation is sent by Jetstar

Existing Jetstar Customer

You will need to contact Jetstar to advise of your intention to connect to RMS.  To do this email [email protected], alternatively you can contact their support team [email protected]

When Jetstar have activated your property follow the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels' to connect your RMS system to Jetstar.

Signing up with Jetstar

If you wish to sign up with Jetstar to be an Online Agent for your property please complete the Jetstar registration form contained in the link below.

Once you have submited this form, a member of the Jetstar accounts team will contact you.
