Existing Customer with Bookit

To login to your BookIt account, click to the link below and use your Bookit username and password: 
http://business.bookitsecure.<wbr/>com/pub/SignIn.aspx 
If you have forgotten your details, please click 'Forgot your password? and follow the instructions provided.

To set BookIt up to communicate with a channel management system please go to your Inventory tab located at the top of the page and click the link that reads, “Configure channel manager connection”.

After you have selected the relevant channel manager or PMS from the drop down selection click the “ Continue” button. You will then see a list of all the products that you have loaded. Select the “Channel manager” option for any products that you want to link with your channel manager or PMS. You can also set individual products to “Manual” if you want to manage their rates and inventory directly through BookIt manually.

Tick the “Send an email…” box to prompt BookIt to send your details through to the channel manager. Click ‘Save’ to proceed.

When Bookit have activated your property follow the instruction in the article 'Connecting Online Channels' to connect your RMS system to Bookit.

New Customer signing up with Bookit

If you wish to sign up with Bookit to be an Online Agent for your property please email their Wellington based support team (7 days a week) [email protected] or call toll free on 0508-266-548.

New connections will need to register a BookIt account.

Once their BookIt account has been approved by our team they will need to follow the steps below to link to a channel manager.

When Bookit have activated your property follow the instruction in the article 'Connecting Online Channels' to connect your RMS system to Bookit.

From any screen in RMS9

Select Setup from the top Navigation Bar

Select Online Bookings from the list

Select Channel Management from the sub-list

Select Edit/Connect to the right of Bookit

At the bottom of this screen you will find two buttons 'Add Room Type' and 'Remove Room Type'.

Select Add Room Type:

Enter your PMS Room Codes into the Retail Website Site Type Column. These can be found in Bookit supplier page (http://business.bookitsecure.com/pub/SignIn.aspx) here:

Once you have completed filling in the  Retail Website Site Types and Retail Website Tariff Types select Save/Exit.

Your Room Types / Tariffs will now display in the Retail Website Section. e.g. 41088/Bookit

For each row you can now select the RMS Room Type and Tariff Type you wish to apply.

Enter your Reference number and Password from Bookit then Save and Exit.

The RMSOnline interface with Bookit allows you to control the following Bookit features direct from your RMS9 system;
