Whether you are an existing Agoda customer or you wish to sign up with them, this article will take you through the steps to make the process of using the RMSOnline interface with Agoda easy!

Once done you can connect to Agoda.com in RMS9 by following the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels'.

Important Information

In order for the Agoda interface to sync successfully you must ensure that the Max. Occupancy on Existing Bedding in your Agoda Room Settings match's the 'Max Occupants per Room' in your RMS Category setup screen.

If the number in each of these fields does not match the interface will not function correctly.

Existing Agoda Customer

You will need to contact Agoda.com to advise them of your intention to connect to RMS.  To do this, please email or call your Market manager or click on 'Contact Agoda' Listed under Important Information.

Once your Market Manager confirms your property has been added to the Master Account, you can connect to Agoda.com in RMS9 by following the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels'.
