AA NZ Information

Overview

Whether you are an existing AA NZ customer or you wish to sign up with them, this article will take you through the steps to make the process of using the RMSOnline interface with AA NZ easy!

Important Information

Please note that the number of availability for each room type you send to AA NZ cannot exceed the number of rooms you have set against each room type in your AA NZ login.  If this does occur RMS will be unable to update your availability.

Existing AA NZ Customer

You will need to contact AA NZ to advise of your intention to connect to RMS.  To do this email [email protected], alternatively you can contact their support team on +64 9 966 8609.

Once done you can connect to AA NZ in RMS9 by following the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels'.

Signing up with AA NZ

If you wish to connect to AA NZ for Channel Management, please email AA NZ on [email protected].

Alternatively phone AA NZ on +64 9 966 8609 during business hours and one of their support team will assist you.

Once done you can connect to AA NZ in RMS9 by following the instructions in the article 'Connecting Online Channels'.
