Overview

A network outage occured at the primary RMS data center at 5.30am AEST. All RMS internet based services were offline for approximately 25 minutes.

Detailed Description

Customers may  currently be experiencing problems with all RMS internet based services due to a dark fibre connection problem at the main RMS data center.
